Measurement of Combustible Gases

In the unlikely case of a gas leak in the analyzer, an explosive mixture may form inside the sealed housing (IP65). Completely filling the housing with glass beads minimizes the cavities and eliminates the hazard.
Integrated Pressure Measurement

Measurement of the absolute pressure in order to compensate the pressure influence on the measuring signal.

Pressure range: 800-2000 mbar absolute
Cross-sensitivity Compensation

Cross-sensitivity compensation for non-(quasi-) binary gas mixtures by feeding in up to two externally measured variables.This allows for complete determination of complex gas mixtures in combination with the thermal conductivity measurement.
Protection Against Condensate and Dust

The sensor element isprotected by a sintered frit with pore sizes in the micron range, which is largely impermeable to polar liquids and dust.
Integrated Flow Measurement

Gas-independent flow measurement for binary mixtures integrated into the detector Flow range from 0 to 120 l/h.
